ST. MARY the VIRGIN

St. Marys is a small, friendly and inclusive church community which meets to worship in a rural setting in a beautiful grade 1 listed building

in the village of Drayton Beauchamp.

St. Marys is a Festival Church, which means that is not now used for weekly worship Services, but continues to function as a Parish Church, holding a minimum of six Services a year. These are mainly for Festival and patronal celebrations of the Church including Christmas, Easter, Harvest and Remembrance Sunday, as well as for baptisms, weddings and funerals.

The church building is also required to be available
for the local community to use for a range of events
and to serve the needs of the community.

For more information on Festival Church status,
see the Diocese of Oxford website
.

St. Marys is open for private prayer and visitors
every Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm.
